Mohave annually surveys its members and vendors in order to gauge how we are doing. We appreciate the time taken to respond to the surveys because those responses are an important part of our planning. This edition of the eNewsletter is devoted to responses to the 2011 member and vendor surveys.

Responses to the 2011 Mohave Member Survey, 2011 Mohave Vendor Survey, and 2011 ASPIN Member Survey were extremely positive. We appreciate the support of our program and our staff. The affirmation that we are doing a good job is very motivating.

The surveys also had a few not so positive responses. We value those responses because they provide us with opportunities to improve operations or communication.

We have read and analyzed all member and vendor responses. Our staff's responses to key items are provided in the remainder of the eNewsletter.

In a departure from the norm, we have prepared separate eNewsletters for members and vendors. We believe this will help us to better share our thoughts. Please let us know what you think about this change.
