CONTRACT RENEWALS: The pricing renewal documentation will be sent to Shamrock Foods Company, Shamrock Dairy, Holsum Bakery and Rainbow Produce. All renewal pricing will become effective on July 1, 2012. ASPIN will post the renewal pricing on our website and notify all members by e-mail the new pricing has been approved and posted. Shamrock Foods pricing should be posted by June 15th. It is important to note this school year is the last contract year. ASPIN/Mohave will be issuing all new solicitations for the 13/14 school year.

AEC ELECTIONS: The elections for the ASPIN Executive Committee will take place in early May. Be sure to vote for 2 candidates to serve starting in July. ASPIN would like thank Matt Yost from Grand Canyon Unified and Suzette Moe from Maricopa Unified for their service on the ASPIN Executive Committee.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY: Shamrock Foods has stated there will be several products they will not be stocking over the upcoming summer months. ASPIN has reminded Shamrock Foods that many of our members have comprehensive summer programs. Shamrock Foods has stated the school team has been in touch with ASPIN members regarding products needed for the summer months. ASPIN highly recommends our members inform Shamrock Foods of specific products and estimated usage of those products to be sure Shamrock has these products available. This is a decision made solely by Shamrock Foods Company.
