Check the Member List to see if your organization is already a member. If your organization is not a member, download and print a copy of the ASPIN Addendum to Cooperative Purchase Agreement.

SUBMIT AGREEMENT FOR ACCEPTANCE
Complete, sign, and mail the ASPIN Addendum to Cooperative Purchase Agreement to ASPIN/Mohave at 4750 N. Oracle Rd. #116, Tucson, AZ 85705. An addendum with original signatures is required for our files.

Once the agreement is signed by Mohave's representative, you will receive a membership packet containing a letter of acceptance, a copy of the agreement for your records, and other informative literature.
